  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
  • Note: During high-demand periods (like sales or new sneaker drops), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options depending on your location:

  • United Kingdom (Domestic):

4. Local Pickup

Currently, we do not offer local pickup from our Manchester location. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Callug is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This is especially applicable for international orders outside of the UK.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at info@callug.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
